Cast is one of such travelling luminaries. Originally from Siberia, he somehow ended up settling down in Moscow and hasn´t looked back.

Signed to Peace Technologies, Cast now unleashes “Are Teek L”, a debut album full of promises. At times melancholic “Are Teek L” offers Cast´s various personal shades of organic IDM. It gently incorporates melodies and vocals to striking results.

Having spent about 2 years in Moscow Cast was infected with the virus of techno. With nothing to do for two mounth and frigging cold weather, Cast wrote and produced 7 techno tracks, most of them in one spontaneous outburst. A clear, judicious simplicity running through its repetitive grooves and spacey ambiences, Cast’s techno music pleasurably ingrains itself into one´s consciousness whilst unveiling new aural details with each listen.
