Thanks to our big experience in organizational work and our connections in the field of entertainment services we are offering our clients the help in setting up private and corporate actions.

We can take upon ourselves the technical side of the action (renting of the sound, light and other equipment), help in choosing the venue, set up the contract concerning the venue, and of course invite our artists to take part in the action.

We take upon ourselves: negotiations with the artist, the help in choosing the date of the tour, booking and buying plane/train tickets to and from the city of destination, hotel booking (if necessary) and solving of other related quesions.

The inviting party is left with minimum problems connected with the touring artist.

The order for a DJ or an artist is to be placed at least 2 months prior the planned action. After confirming all details of the planned party we are expecting to receive a pre-payment from the inviting side. If it is necessary for an artist to get the visa, we are expecting to have a full support of the inviting promoters.

The necessity to book a hotel for our artist, as well as other conditions of the stay (board and so on) is to be discussed with the artist.

Also it is necessary to confirm the technical reider with our artist before the party.
